Transforming collaboration and knowledge sharing
Sometimes these transformations are about new ways of collaborating and sharing knowledge. For example, we worked with an international government body to create more dynamic knowledge flows between local teams and to share that knowledge in actionable formats with external peers. Similarly, we helped a design NGO distil actionable guidelines from an extensive body of work and share them online to achieve wider impact.
Redefining governance for environmental and regulatory challenges
Other transformations focus on governance in response to environmental and regulatory challenges. For instance, we supported a large-scale online retailer in developing a more responsible approach to their supply chain. In another project, we helped an international publisher explore a new B2B offering to better support managing responses to evolving regulations.
Integrating emerging technologies
Some transformations are driven by emerging technologies. In a recent project, we partnered with a business consultancy to develop a culture of experimentation and learning around using AI as an integrated part of their teamwork. In another, we worked with a think tank to understand emerging uses of AI across blue and white collar job roles, in order to inform policy recommendations.

Taken together, these projects illustrate our strategic approach to supporting major transformations. Our role is to be a trusted partner to our clients’ teams, bringing a mix of exploration, analysis, ideation, co-creation, prototyping, crafting and delivery. We always make a tangible difference through reflection, iteration and customisation, and do not leave before the organisation is confident with taking their transformation forward themselves.
