Yesse Abdullayev

Yesse is driven by a love for understanding systems and people. He holds a deep interest in ethics and how it applies to emerging disruptive fields and societies. This is especially true when it comes to AI, where he believes researching its potentials are key to shaping its impact on societies. He likes to stay informed and enjoys challenging his perspectives.

Yesse is currently in his third year bachelor studying Industrial Design at the Technical University of Eindhoven. During this he discovered the value of research as a means to shape projects and their relevance to society, especially when it comes to working directly with stakeholders. Yesse was pulled to Stby as a way to engage with real-world research challenges, as well as engaging with his topics of interest through design research.

Yesse will always enjoy engaging in philosophical conversations about the world, future, and the concept of utopia. Outside of work you might find Yesse deep in nature, making creative works through art or song, baking, thrillseeking, or just enjoying life as it is. If he wasn’t a design researcher, Yesse would be a diplomat.
