In January a new book on Models for Service Innovation will be published in The Netherlands by Van Duuren Media. The editors are Frank Kwakman en Ruud Smeulders. The tilte of the book is ‘Groot Innovatie Modellen Boek’, which literally translates to ‘Big Book of Innovation Models’.
Geke van Dijk was invited to write 2 chapters, one on ‘Open Innovation’ and one on ‘Customer Journey Maps’. She also co-authored a third chapter on ‘The Innovation Funnel’, together with Ruud Smeulders.
