The paper <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stby.eu\/wp_15\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/Learning-and-practicing-in-service-design.pdf\">Learning and practicing in service design<\/a> analyses the contributions to this track.\u00a0<\/span>They can be summarised in a few directions: 1) service designers take up the role of educators within organisations more and more; 2) service interactions with \u2018non-human agents\u2019 need to be better understood ; 3) design is no longer just transforming organisations but also their relationships with external parties. These three directions can be expected to pop up regularly in Service Design over the coming years.
