Implementation has now begun in three major stations: Schiphol airport, Amsterdam Zuid, and Utrecht Central Station. \u00a0An Intelligent Platform Bar, a led screen along the full length of the platform, tells train travellers in real time the location of the doors, 1st and 2nd class cars, and bicycle and wheelchair access in the train they are waiting for. This enables train travellers to pick the right place on the platform to board an incoming train, so they can board safely and quickly.
