The first Service Design Fringe Festival, a side program to the London Design Festival, started yesterday. The London Design Festival is an annual large-scale celebration of design in all its shapes and forms. The Service Design Network is proud of the breadth and quality of events that are part of this festival, and proud to be part of it. Since 2014 service designers are showing the game-changing work they are doing to the audience of this world renowned festival.<\/p>\n

There is a map of service design events going on around the capital during the festival (19-27 September 2015). STBY is hosting one of the events, on Thursday 24 September at 4pm at our studio in Shoreditch. We facilitate a workshop about Passenger Driven Service Innovation in Public Transport.
