It is very gratifying for us to see the discipline of Design so ingrained in high level Business education. STBY was asked to give practical examples of how to apply Design Research techniques during the prototyping stage of new service concepts.<\/p>\n<p>As strong believers that Design Research is a crucial discipline for successful innovation, we welcomed the opportunity to influence the innovators of
