Her journey in design and research began 15 years ago when she became interested in using design thinking to address bigger issues and develop new services that make a real difference to people\u2018s lives. Until recently, Julia was Service Design Lead at the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement where she focused on the design and redesign of health and social care services that have the potential to improve quality, patient experience, and efficiency.
