Designing Relationships

In the latest and last issue of the CRISP Magazine, Geke van Dijk co-authored an article about ‘Designing relationships': As we move from mass-produced, one-size fits all producte to personalised, adaptive and evolving Product Service Systems, the design deliverables take on other forms. Change in the public sector: Discussing European practices

STBY was invited by La 27e Region, the French national Laboratory for public transformations, to present at the opening of “Superpublic” – an exciting space in the center of Paris dedicated to transform the public sector in France.

Naomi Bueno de Mesquita

  Naomi is currently forming part of the design research team for STBY’s Amsterdam office. She is a spatial designer with a background in Architecture Design (Gerrit Rietveld Academy, Amsterdam) and Public Space Design (Pompeu Fabra University, Barcelona). She is furthermore involved in the European research project TRADERS. Six (PhD) researchers in the Netherlands, Belgium, UK and Sweden receive funding from the Marie Curie European Union’s Seventh Framework Program. Kim Durieux

  With a background in business, Kim aims to learn more about everything involved with Service Design during an internship at the Amsterdam studio of STBY in the next few months. She is almost finished with her master degree in Business Studies: Innovation & Entrepreneurship at the University of Amsterdam, and especially interested in sustainability topics, therefore always aiming to create win-win situations with regards to business and sustainability.
