Mila is a Design Researcher at STBY, London. Her Service Design and Research career move was inspired by the unconventional Cass Business School’s Masters in Innovation, Creativity and Leadership, and further strengthen by her own entrepreneurial journey as a creativity workshops facilitator and Service Design freelancer.
Before moving to London, Mila worked in Tourism in Russia and Singapore, published her research on Humour in teaching and was an active member of the European Youth Parliament.
Mila is a 2017 Global Service Jam (London edition) organiser and an everyday believer in the power of the human-centred design and service innovation.
