Fleur van der Kaaden is an intern at STBY Amsterdam. She is currently studying Image and Media Technology at the University of the Arts (HKU) in Utrecht. As a designer she wants to be able to make conscious and responsible choices, and has a strong focus on sustainable and human centered design. She is eager to learn more about using ethnographic methods while doing service design.
