Dorota Gazy

Dorota is our master facilitator and has the ability to always make everyone feel comfortable and excited to be involved (even in Monday morning meetings!). Bringing people together through dialogue is what she loves most about being a Design Researcher. Regardless of the complexity of the topic, she knows how to create the right circumstances for interaction and inclusive decision making.

With a background in Art History and Design, Dorota brings a potent mix of creativity and academic rigour to every project.  She is not afraid to experiment with unconventional research methods and masters the art of improvising. This proves especially useful in public sector projects and research into sensitive topics, which she is most passionate about.

When she isn’t improvising on the job, you can find her improvising on the dancefloor (as a dance instructor) or entertaining her newborn son. If she wasn’t a Design Researcher, she’d be a professional Ballroom Dancer or a Hostage Negotiator.
