We were honoured to welcome a delegation of Japanese business visitors to our office in Amsterdam. They were interested to learn more about our pioneering work as design researchers for service innovation. We shared our vision on the current state of the art in the field, as well as some emerging trends we observe in the context of our work.
Our initial presentation was followed by an interesting discussion and exchange about difference between the European and Asian market. Some of the visitors are working for NTT Data in various capacities, others are working for companies such as Tokyo Gas, Infotec, NS Solutions, NRC and JUAS. Their visit to STBY was part of a week-long innovation tour in Europe.
