Megha Wadhawan

Megha joined STBY in September 2012  in the London Office. At STBY, she works across multiple roles in our design research projects – from writing proposals to fieldwork to synthesis of insights and facilitating co-creation workshops with both end users and clients. She also liaises with our partners and associates in London and from our international REACH network whilst managing the STBY London studio.

She’s particularly interested in methods of engagement and capacity building which she’s been exploring and refining by organising and facilitating the London chapter of the Global Service and Sustainability Jams (which are three day hackathons) for the past four years.

She has previously worked with the Bath School of Management at the University of Bath, running a feasibility study on launching and sustaining Innovation Labs as multidisciplinary hubs for social/systems change. She’s worked in graphic art direction, branding, founded an art gallery, managed a studio, worked in academia and lived in 8 cities across 2 continents. She completed her Masters in Design Management from University of the Arts London in 2010 which led her to Service Design & Research.
