Ingrid Wendel


Fascination for how you can respond to the needs of customers and end users has been a connecting thread throughout Ingrid’s career. Which needs do customers have and why? And what can you offer them? Ingrid’s passion and talent is to generate new ideas and to design and develop them, inspired by new insights, social developments, trends and other disciplines.


After studying Industrial Design Engineering Ingrid started her career as an ergonomics engineer at the Dutch Steel company (now called Tata) and KLM. Her focus was on designing new workplaces based on the experience of employees. Afterwards, she switched to commercial jobs and set up new services for an occupational healthcare organisation.


Ingrid’s worked for companies in several different industries including health care, technical companies, aviation, government and business services.
