Again very nice and engaged group of people came together at the STBY studio in Amsterdam last night, for the latest session of Service Design Talks Amsterdam. We discussed the book ‘Designing for Growth – A Design Thinking Toolkit for Managers’ by Jeanne Liedtka and Tim Ogilvie.
