This is Service Design Thinking, the book STBY contributed to last year, has won an award – and a gold one at that! The book’s been given the Gold Award for Best Layout at the European Design Awards 2011. Though we’d like to claim credit, in truth this is all down to the super-talented Jakob Schneider, who was responsible for the design of the whole book. We’ve recently run a number of Service Design Talk sessions in London where Jakob and Marc have been kind enough to join in via Skype, and it’s great to see that the feedback people have been giving us here is reflective of a wider appreciation of what the book has tried to do. Well done to all involved!
