Izaskun joined STBY’s London office as an intern in January 2011. She describes herself as
“sensible and creative” and places a lot of emphasis on the small details in her work – something she believes greatly aids her powers of observation, which is itself key to gaining an intimate understanding of the subject matter.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design Engineering from the University of Mondragon, and is studying towards a Masters Degree in Product Service System Design from Politecnico di Milano.
Fluent in Basque, Spanish, Italian and English, she has so far refused to drink any of Luke’s award-winning tea. Scheduled to stay with STBY until summer 2011 however, it’s unlikely she’ll be able to resist this English cultural institution for much longer…
