Following on the lively discussions last week on ‘Practices and Principles of Service Design’, where author Qin Han joined in via skype, we are happy to announce the date for the next Service Design Talks session in Amsterdam: On Wednesday 16 March we’ll get together again to discuss the book ‘This Is Service Design Thinking’.
We realise that it is a bit cheeky to propose a book that we have ourselves contributed to, but we honestly believe that this book is worth discussing. Everyone is free to be critical as you want to. In fact this is really appreciated! Marc Stickdorn, one of the initiators and main authors, has agreed to take part in the session from Austria via Skype, which is great.
Everyone interested, and around in Amsterdam on 16 March, is welcome to join us. Please let us know you are coming through the linkedin events page. You’ll find the details on time (7pm) and location (STBY office) there as well.
