After the summer break the Dutch Service Design Network is picking up its activities again:
The next Service Design Talks event will be on Tuesday evening 28 September (18:30 at the Amsterdam offices of STBY). We’ll be discussing is ‘The design of business. Why design thinking is the next competitive advantage’, by Roger Martin (2009). For more details see the Linkedin events page.
The next Service Design Thinks event will be on Wednesday 6 October. We’ll have two speakers (Maartje Huining and Froukje Sleeswijk Visser) who’ll discuss their experience with exploratory user research and context mapping. More details to be posted soon on Linkedin events (right Marc?)
