International Service Design Network (SDN) newsletter

STBY this Summer also became a member of the international Service Design Network, around the same time we set up the Dutch version of this network that was launched at PICNIC08 (see below). This international SDN just published its first newsletter with also some news from STBY in there.

The newsletter announces also the first SDN international conference on November 24-26, which we already mentioned here (see below) because we co-organise it with other network members. STBY will run a workshop on ethnography in design research, together with Linköping University. Please visit the conference website for more information.
