I see it was screened at the Barbican. Hopefully there will be more future screenings. I also forgot to mention that I saw you across the room at the BCC documentary lecture, 'Britain from Above', at Media Matic before I left. It was great to see all those flight paths visualised before embarking on my 24hr flight. . I will subscribe to this rss and hope some events will be posted before and not after... groet! Cheryl.

Wow it is great to see that the Smart Street project is still alive and doing the rounds. I really enjoyed being involved in that project and it was the first time i went out onto the street and spoke to strangers about their ideas of value and trade (eg. the swapbox).

Yes, the podium is impressive indeed! It has a religious style written all over it, tempting some presenters to deliver a sermon rather than a paper. Actually the university of Copenhagen was founded in the 15th C, and allowed to be separate from the Church, hence we see no religious symbols in their main hall where the conference is, but clearly they could not escape the religious architecture of the time.. Luckily it mixes with James Bond style today as they have huge wooden panels sliding up and down silently between the hall and the refreshments area. Weird...
