Geke van Dijk and Julia Leihener (Creation Center Deutche Telekom) will be co-presenting at the E-Day conference, organised by Emerce on 16 September in Rotterdam. Geke and Julia will present a research project conducted by STBY and the Creation Center. The research used video as a means to drive the empathic conversations between an organisation and its customers. Stepping into the shoes of customers at various stages of the concept development process is a crucial element in service design.
